Rajeev De Roy, Principal
Rajeev De Roy has over 20 years experience in operational transformation of the
Operations organisations in regional and global banks in India and the Middle East, as well as their international network in the US, UK, Africa and South Asia.
Having spent 13 years in the Gulf – first as head of business operations in a large private sector bank, and subsequently as Chief Operating Officer in another – he has aligned back-office & technology support to corporate and retail business growth strategies in a growing economy as well as in recessionary times. He has a proven track record of solid bottom-line contributions through productivity enhancement and cost savings, using Lean Six Sigma techniques.
Additionally, he has also headed a pan-bank service quality function, has established the operational risk function, and set up operational excellence units in banks.
Rajeev holds a Masters degree in economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a Diploma in Banking from the Indian Institute of Bankers.
